SECTION A: ORDERING

Do fill in your orders at our hassle free and guided order form, with the correct necessary required details.
Kindly check that all details provide by you is 100% correct. We shall not be responsible for the incorrect or missing words or number of your address OR account number and type / wrong item code provided by you.

Ordering process
After receiving your orders, we will issue u an official invoice within 12 hours to a maximum of 24 hours with all the payment details that you require.

Mailing details
Do write your address as seen in your letter or in the below format:

FAQ QUESTIONS

Is it safe to order from your preorder?
Absolutely yes :) Read our happy reviews by our customer over here.

I have sent in my orders but has not gotten a response from the 12 hours to a maximum of 24 hours. HOW? 
There might be a high possibility that your email has landed at our spam mail section. Do email us directly to xccelerate.invoice@gmail.com with your order details :)

Will I be inform after my payment is made?
Rest assure, we will keep u updated regularly at all times. :) Emails will be sent after each process have been completed, eg, after your payment is being verified etc...

NOTICE: In the event during when we receive high volume of emails OR during the packing of shoes & mixed preorder shipment , we will take around a maximum of 2 working days to get back to you. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.

SECTION B: REGARDING SHOES & MIXED PREORDER

Both our 'shoes & mixed preorder' are preorder items.

Preorder process:
  • Place order & make payment during ordering period 
  • After perorder is closed at 11.59pm on a stated date
  • Orders are sent to supplier on the next working day 
  • Wait for approx 1.5 weeks(Around 10 working days from stated closing date, not inclusive of weekends and public holidays) for shipment to reach us
  • Packing & sorting takes 1 - 2 days, depending on the amount of items
  • Items mailed out the next working day 

You will receive regular mass update emails. Eg, after items have reach us / preorder details and other important information.

You are allow to amend your order during the stated ordering period. After preorder has closed, you are strictly not allowed to change your order.

A rough estimation for the shipment date does not mean that all items will arrive on the same time. Shipment might be split into batches and will take 1 to 2 working days to arrive.

Is it safe to order from your preorder?

How does the whole ordering process work for preorder?
Fill in the order form < Receive official invoice with payment details included (Within 12 hours) < Make your payment & reply your payment details within 24 hours < A payment verification email will be sent to u (Within 24 hours)

Are all stocks mention in your preorder instocks?
The preorder itself state clearly. Items are all preorder and takes as fast as 10 working days to reach us.
Trust me, good things are worth the wait :)

What happens when my item is out-of-stock(oos)?
You are allowed to change to another item from our on-going preorder[that's if you are willing to wait :)] or opt for a full refund.

Can I still make payment after preorder has closed?
We do not accept any late payment make after preorder has closed and will be refunded back to u.  As we cannot afford to delay the shipment arrival to Singapore any further. We hope to seek your kind understanding in this matter. We will reject and void your order immediately once preorder has closed.

What happens if my order item is out-of-stock (oos)?
You are given 2 choices of either to opt for a full refund or exchange to another alternative new item. Any excess or shortage will be advice to you after which.

What is the shoes size chart?

What is the estimated time frame for the backorder / shoes preorder  items to arrive?
Estimated time of arrival(ETA) is normally between 1.5 weeks(FASTEST) - 2 weeks from the next day of the closing date.
However, do note that there might be delays in the time of arrival during festive periods,when items goes out-of-stock(oos) or when items is being restocked.

Why does the shipment arrive in batches and reach us at different dates?
In cases like, high volume of items, shipment will be packed into different batches and mail it to us. Usually the first batch will arrive on the estimated date and the rest will arrive 1-2 days after the estimated date. There is also a possibility that your item is under restock, thus item will reach u at a later date.
Trust me, good things are worth the wait :)

What happens when my order is being restock?
We will monitor and keep track of the status of your item closely and will inform you when it has reached us. Should your item be under the restock category, we will inform u! Do be patience with us between this period, as restocking takes slightly usual to reach us, hence there will be a slight long waiting period. Cancelling of order is not allowed unless your item goes out of stock! :)

Where do I  track the status for Mixed & Shoes preorder?
Status for Mixed & Shoes preorder can be either track online over at our 'Preorder status' tab or over HERE. 
Mass email updates will be sent to you as well.

SECTION C: PAYMENT METHODS

Types of payment methods available:

1.) POSB/DBS I-BANKING - Your true and exact IB nick & date is required for payment verification purposes.
2.) POSB/DBS ATM transfer - A copy of a clear snapshot is required for payment verification purposes. Your order will be void immediately if u can provide us with a clear snapshot of your ATM receipt.
3.) PAYPAL - No additional charges as it will be fully absorb by us.


FAQ QUESTIONS

I can't make payment on the stipulated time frame of 24hours. HOW?
Do email us and inform us of late payment. We only allow a maximum of 2 day extension of payment. Failure to make payment after the given extension will result in a void order.

NOTICE: Do note that this does not apply to preorder that is closing on that day or 2 days before the closing date. 

Can I make payment for preorder item after only they have arrived?
For all shoes and mixed preorder, orders will only be take when payment is in.
NO PAYMENT = NO ORDER!

Will I be inform after payment has been made?
Definitely! Rest assure, we will sent u a payment verification after receiving your payment.

SECTION D: SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We provide shipping to both local(In Singapore) & worldwide customers.

Local(Singapore) Shipping Services:

All parcels are ship out through Singapore Post. We offer: Normal Postage, Normal Postage + Certificate of postage(COP), Registered Postage, Smartpac, Speedpost services.
In the event during high peak festive season or public holidays during weekdays, delivery days is expected to be delay.


  • 1.) Normal Postage / Normal Postage + Certificate of postage(COP)
For packages below 2kg that is not trackable & offer letterbox delivery, within 2 - 3 working days after mailing out.

- Rate for accessories: +$1
- Rate for apparels: +$1.50
- Rate for bags, shoes:  +$2.55
- Additional +$0.20 for COP on top of the normal postage cost.

NOTICE: Kindly note that you are responsible for choosing Normal postage / Normal Postage + Certificate of postage(COP) and know that there is always a high risk parcels might be lost. We are not liable for any lost mails.


  • 2.) Registered Postage
For packages below 2kg that is 100% track-able & offer day door-step, within 2 - 3 working days after mailing out.  If no one is at home, u will receive a delivery advice for self collection at your nearest post office.

Additional $2.24 on top of the normal postage cost.

- Rate for accessories: +$3.24
- Rate for apparels: +$3.74
- Rate for bags, shoes:  +$4.79

  • 4.) Smartpac
Pay a flatrate of $4.70 for the smartpac box holding up to 3kg worth of items, that is 100% trackable & offer next day door-step/letterbox delivery. 
Exclusive ideally for apparels(3-4 apparels depends on size and material)/ accessories/ small clutch only!

NOTICE: Do not panic if the tracking code is not track-able after mailing out on that day. Tracking code for smartpac will be reflected on the website on the next working day after mailing out only! 

  • Additional items charges

Apply to: Normal Postage, Normal Postage + Certificate of postage(COP), Registered Postage only!
Additional items is counted from the subsequent 2nd item onward.

- Rate for accessories, apparels: +$0.50 (for lighter ones) , +$1 (for heavier ones)
- Rate for bags, shoes:  +$1 (less bulky items) , +$2 (for bulky items)

  • Courier Service by TA-Q-BIN

   - Provides same day or next day door step delivery in Singapore!
   - Time Zone Delivery
   - Redelivery

   - Night delivery till 8pm

Worldwide Shipping Services:

LOVE OUR ITEMS? But not living in Singapore? Fret not, we offer international shipping for you to receive our lovable goodies :)

All parcels are ship out through Singapore Post through Registered postage only. It is 100% track-able.
In the event during high peak festive season or public holidays during weekdays, delivery days is expected to be delay.

FAQ QUESTIONS

What is our mailing days?
We mail out all your packages from weekdays: Monday - Friday, except for public holidays.

I suspect my parcel is lost, what should I do?
Email us immediately with your: 1.) Name & 2.) Order Invoice No. to xccelerate.invoice@gmail.com! We will keep track of any possible return parcel.

Registered postage & Smartpac is so expensive, I rather opt for normal mail to save cost.
If u can pay more to buy from us, why not top up additional money to upgrade for registered postage or smartpac, when u know your item is going to be bulky or ur item(s) has a high risk of getting lost? We are not saying that normal mail is not safe. But, there's always a risk when u opt for normal mail! Usually, for bulky items like bags and shoes or purchase of 2- 3 apparels, we highly recommend you to opt for registered postage or smartpac. Nobody like lost mails, so start choosing registered postage or smartpac today.

I did not receive a delivery advice for registered mails and speed post service, what should I do?
Email us immediately with your: 1.) Name & 2.) Order Invoice No. to xccelerate.invoice@gmail.com!
We will advise you from there.

If I did not collect my registered parcel within 10 working days, what happens?
Your parcel will be return back to us. And you have to pay extra postage fees for the parcel to be sent back to you. We will inform you immediately should we receive back any possible return parcel.

What happens if your we receive your return parcel?
We will inform you should we receive any return parcel. However, do take note that, additional top up of postage fees is required when mailing back the parcel back to you the second time. Unless, in the event should we make a slight mistake in indicating the wrong address, we will only mail it back to you for free.

SECTION E: EXCHANGES

Exchange is only eligible strictly for: Defect or wrong item received.

We apologize should u receive any defect or wrong item. Email to xccelerate.invoice@gmail.com immediately within 3 working day upon receiving your item. Do state your 1.) Name & 2.) Order Invoice No. and sent a clear photo of the defect or wrong item received by you. We will advise you on the step for exchange after which. :)

For an exchange, it is subject to stock availability and item that is in brand new and good original state. We reserve the right to reject any exchange request if the return item is worn or washed by you.

Bags OR Shoes exchange is strictly done through meetups only.
Apparels exchange is handle through normal postage and the fees is fully reimburse by us. Other type of postage will be paid by you.

A full refund will be return back to you if your item is out-of-stock (oos).


FAQ QUESTIONS

Will there be any exchange for shoes or apparels that don't fit?

Strictly no exchange if item does not fit u. Request will be rejected immediately. You can always do an enquiry with us at  xccelerate@hotmail.sg before making a order.


NOTICE:
- We strictly do not do exchange for:
I.) wrong items ordered by you,
II.) if item does not fit you or item that is not consider as defects(Eg. Loose threads, Loose button, insoles that can be stick back, things that are fixable & etc..)
III.) if the measurement item is 0.5-1.0" difference(measurement item may vary from different batch of production),
IV.) colour differences due to colour discrepancy varying from different monitor of different resolution.  
V.) if you want to change to order colours.

SECTION F: NON-REFUNDABLE POLICY

All good sold are no-refundable.
Kindly check through all your orders and ensure all colours/ sizes/ quantity are correct.

We are not responsible for wrong orders make by you. But we will ensure that the item order for you is correct based on your orders.

SECTION G: MISCELLANEOUS
  • All pictures shown are true colours of our products, otherwise stated. Do note that there may be slight colour discrepancy varying from different monitors of different resolutions.
  • Do allow a difference in measurement of 0.5-0.75 inches from what it is stated on our website, as the apparels are all mass produced.
  • No exchanges/refunds will be entetained for the above discrepancies.
